how

Every HNK project begins with a conversation.
We talk about how you ride, what you seek in feel and fit, and what terrain defines your experience.
From there, geometry and construction take shape — deliberate, documented, and guided by dialogue.

What I’ll need to know

  1. Measurements: body and bike fit details (inseam, reach, saddle height, etc.).
  2. Riding context: your terrain, pace, habits, and goals.
  3. Components: any parts you already have or wish to use.
  4. Preferences: handling feel, aesthetic direction, or functional priorities.

The process

  1. We define geometry and intent together.
  2. You review the CAD drawing before fabrication.
  3. The frame is built by hand, logged, and refined.
  4. Once complete, the prototype is documented and delivered.
